Doctors use ultrasound to look at many areas, such as the abdomen and pelvis. Your doctor will explain why it is needed in your case.

Appointments and prescriptions
An ultrasound needs an appointment or prior intimation. Walk-ins depend on availability.

A doctor's prescription is mandatory for pregnancy-related scans. For other scans it is preferred for better evaluation but not required.
You can ask for a female technologist when you book.
Before your visit
Please bring your doctor's prescription if you have one, and any earlier reports. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and avoid metal articles. One helper is welcome, especially for senior citizens and children. Preparation and fasting depend on the test, so please call us on +91 89042 61811 before you come.
