General questions
What are your opening hours?
The centre is open Monday to Saturday 7 AM to 9 PM, and on Sundays and general holidays from 7 AM to 3 PM. MRI, CT and digital X-ray are open 24/7; at night, MRI and CT are by appointment and for emergencies only.
Do I need an appointment?
MRI, CT, EEG, NCV and ultrasound need an appointment or prior intimation, and walk-ins depend on availability. Please call +91 89042 61811 to check for any other test.
Do I need a doctor's prescription?
A doctor's prescription is preferred for better evaluation but is not required, except for pregnancy-related scans, where it is mandatory.
How do I get my report?
Your report is emailed or sent on WhatsApp. A hard copy can be collected at the centre, or sent by porter. How long it takes depends on the test and the case.
How do I pay?
Payment is collected at the centre when you visit.
