How home collection works

Four steps take you from request to report, without leaving home.

From request to report

Request
Tell us the tests you need, your address and a time between 7:30 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Saturday. We need at least 5 hours’ notice.
Confirm
Our team calls you to confirm the time and the tests.
Collect
A trained phlebotomist visits and collects your blood or urine sample. You can pay by cash, card or UPI.
Report
Your sample is tested at our laboratory. Your report is emailed or sent on WhatsApp. A hard copy can be collected at the centre, or sent by porter.

Please book at least 5 hours ahead. Keep your doctor's prescription ready if you have one, and make sure someone is home at the time you choose.

Some tests need fasting. When you request a collection, we will tell you whether yours do.

Cash, card and UPI are all accepted.
